Originally coming from West Auckland, James has been screen printing since leaving school. A master on our new MHM auto with an exacting eye for detail and a love for seeing a job completed on time. He is also fond of a little metal music filling the studio from time to time.

Came to Diffuse in 2020 after some lockdown madness. Often found behind the front desk or answering your sales inquiries. Rich has lived in  Mount Maunganui and Tauranga since 2003 and loves nothing more than to head to Rotorua to go biking or to the beach for a surf.

Previously working as a video editor, Josh joined Diffuse last year as an apprentice looking for a new challenge and hit the ground running. His background in creative agencies and video editing has carried over naturally into printing, bringing a fresh perspective to the team. Outside of work, he’s usually out on a motorcycle or coming up with a new project.

With over 30 years of experience in garment design and print, Lesley brings a wealth of industry knowledge on the tools and a sharp creative eye to the team. Design has always been at the heart of what she does, helping turn ideas into prints that work. Our closest hippie, she’s happiest growing flowers at home on the hill when she’s not creating something in the studio.

Our Head of HR (Happiness & Relaxation) and unofficial Head of Security. A super cutie with a talent for winning people over, she’s in charge of workplace morale, greeting visitors, and making sure nobody walks past without paying the pat tax. You’ll usually find her tucked away under Brooke’s feet or making the rounds.
