Since 2003, Diffuse has grown to become the go-to screen printing, DTF and embroidery business for branded apparel and promotional products across the Bay of Plenty and Waikato. We work with the people who make up our region, schools, sports teams, tradies, businesses, bands, Kapa Haka, Maori Trusts, agri-businesses, event promoters and community groups, because we're proud to be part of the same community we serve.

Screen Printing
Screen printing is great for creating long-lasting, bold, cost-effective designs on almost any garments. When it comes to casual wear like T-shirts, hoodies and most workwear it is the go-to process.
Digital Transfers
Referred to as DTF in the industry, digital transfers are great for decorating garments with multi-colour designs or for short runs. To create a digital transfer we have a special printer that prints onto transfer film to be heat pressed onto the garment.
Embroidery
Modern embroidery machines use computer technology and special coloured threads to be able to recreate almost any logo onto a garment. Embroidery creates a hard-wearing long-lasting solution to decorate almost any garment.
Sublimation Printing
Sublimation is most widely recognised as the process used to print sports team apparel, but has a wide range of uses, including business polos. The process takes 4-6 weeks as the design is printed onto material and then the garments are stitched together after printing.
Heat Pressed Vinyl
Was the go to method for doing names and numbers on sports team uniforms, but these days we mainly use it for creating simple designs using specialty metallic foils and vinyls. Best for applying gold foils or reflective materials to garments

Relabelling
We remove the manufacturers label and replace it with your brands label, this can be a custom woven label, or a custom printed neck tag. It is a great way to present yourself as ‘REAL’ brand without having the expense of having to get 1000’s or garments manufactured overseas. Relabelling can also include the addition of pip tags to sleeves, hems, or cuffs to really separate you from the competition.
